    It could've just been the company but we had a good time.

    It could be a five-star establishment but if the occasion is unpleasant (e.g., a friendship breaking up), then your impression is tainted. Last night though was a celebration of a new friend's birthday. The company was interesting, the wine (and tequila and vodka) flowed, and we had a good time. So there, I'm biased. But, objectively, the restrooms were clean, the plates and utensils sparkled, the singer sang well, and the service was prompt and professional.

    Why only 3 out 5 for Value? It's because I didn't pay.

    I love wagyu, especially Melo's Wagyu steaks. I also love the service. For it's price, it is reasonable and at par with most international restaurants. Their desserts are oh so wonderful. i wouldn't scrimp when coming here. It's worth every cent. Melo's, Makati

    In fact, we are shocked that they are charging so much (P1,000+ per dish) for a quality of food/cooking more or less like what I get at my office cafeteria for P7O!
    I also didn't like the way the waiters really insist that you try the very expensive wagyu beef (P2,700!!!)- The profit margin for the owners must be gigantic but I can't believe that this business will last.     Melo's, Makati

    Dont be led away from the wagyu and angus brand . Yes they have them but melo's doesnt know how to cook steak.
    The taste is awful and a lot of burnt "uling" areas. After I ate the steak I have to eat something so that the taste will go away.

    Melo's owner pls improve your steak cooking. Sayang lang ang angus and wagyu if you cook it like what your cooking right now.The cost is expensive more expensive than " Mortons" or Gallagher . Value is like mamu or old manila which is much much much better .

    Sorry had to write this review but I was disappointed .Paid so much for a spoiled cooked angus.Hope you guys improve though...     Melo's, Makati

    I took my sister there for her birthday a couple of weeks ago, everything was great. The tenderloin salpicao with the angus rice is to die for. We also ordered a roast beef to have for her party at home, it was "YUMMY", perfectly done, red inside, with au jus and gravy... "YUM" Melo's, Makati
