I haven't formally eaten at Cyma yet, only tasted their food briefly at a blogger's food tour.Rating

But seriously, make room for dessert.
Their Skolatina (molten chocolate cake) is orgasmically delicious. - Was this review...? Useful | Useless | Bogus

- Not bad

I think it's still 600 pesos per head, but it's worth your money naman if you dine with the intention of making it so. I suggest going with a large group of friends; it makes the dining experience better.Rating

I wanted to let you know that the service in your Banawe branch definitely needs improvement. It took at least 10 minutes for us to get our drinks, which shouldn't be because seriously, how hard is it to get two glasses and fill them with iced tea and bring them to our table? Furthermore, I expected our appetizer to be served promptly; instead, it came with our main dishes. Apparently, your staff has forgotten that appetizers are supposed come before the main dishes. That's why they're appetizers. They take only a very short time to cook. The food that reached our table was not hot at all, as though it had waited a long time just sitting in the kitchen, waiting to be picked up by our server. Our sizzling beef whatever was definitely not sizzling. I even had to have our baked scallops reheated. Speaking of scallops, the ones you served us were the size of mere one peso coins, or even less than. The plating was horribly executed; it only magnified the bareness of the dish. Your servers did not even concern themselves with placing our plates and dishes on the table properly; they just put them on the table and left. Another thing I'd like to mention is that the air conditioning at the second floor seems to be stupidly planned; air kept blowing at us even though we requested twice that the air be directed elsewhere. Cool air, you see, is pleasant when it is not blowing at you. It has to be indirectly cool, otherwise, your food gets cold very easily, which, mind you, is what happened to ours. I found fault even with the floor; its smoothness bordered on oiliness. Our table's legs were uneven. The staff bang utensils and dishes noisily at that little food prep counter of yours. The food tastes decently good, but it's not everything. - Was this review...? Useful | Useless | Bogus
