Can you imagine how stupid I feel, I tried this again I am now waiting almost 2 hours for a pizza. 8 yes 8 phone calls to ask where we live, they said the pizza would be here in 5 minutes now and now i get a phone call saying they cannot deliver------IMAGINE Second attempt to deal with these people and they have no clue, no one speaks English. It is easier to fly somewhere and order a proper pizza. Shame on Dominos allowing these people to buy a franchise, they wont last long.Rating

OK now I get it, the waiters are supposed to look like pirates, I sort of wondered what was up with their casual dress.Rating

I have to admit, I've walked by this place so many times and have been put off by the staff trying to drag you in, in general I keep walking, I don't know why begging for customers puts me off, one of the first lines I learnt here was Kumain na ako.
Now the review......I found it fantastic, Joseph our waiter took the time to explain male vs female live crabs, and really helped us sort our way. The crab was one of the best I have every had. The clams in soup was fantastic, really yummy broth. We hade the oysters and some they even double packed if the oytser was small. I don't eat rice often but the small crab rice was really good, they said it is enough for 2, perhaps... but for foreigners it would do 4 people. The live band really engaged the audience and was entertaining. I cant wait to go back and try one of the family platters with a few add on's. Only small thing, I wish they would reno the CR's and cleaning area it tends to get busy and messy with all the finger foods. Glad I finally broke my rule and get dragged into this place, will be going back often. - Was this review...? Useful | Useless | Bogus

We ate at their location at MOA last night to enjoy the fireworks, I should have thought something was up as all of the other restos's with Manila Bay views were packed and this place was empty. Not a big fan of pushy waiters at other restos approaching you to eat at their locale, this place had no one doing that, so I felt they were polished, boy was I mistaken.Rating

Have you ever eaten at a resto and you cannot wait to get out of their and get some merienda somewhere else? The service was terrible, the food from a cart would have been better and the 2500 bill was crazy. Ordered a bucket of San Mig, when it arrived without the caps on the beer I wasn't upset but there was no ice, when I asked they seemed upset that we wanted cold beer, in fact the beer was flat. We made it very clear, bring the appetizers which was hummos and our entre's at different times, well you guessed it they brought everything at once. The hummos was DROWNED with some sort of oil, not olive and tasted horrible, they had large carrots placed as some sort of a design. Ordered the garlic cheese naan which was dry and not tastey. The tandori chicken colourful but no taste. The sharwarma was tiny and a real rip off, I would suggest that perhaps it had 20-30 grams of lamb and most of that was very fatty. They topped the shawarma with some sweet youghuty mixture on the top so it was easy to remove. More lettuce than a salad.
The manager was rude and seemed he could care less about the one or two staff and how they serviced the customers, until a group of his friends showed up then they pretended to be a resto.
200 pesos for orange juice with a slice of lemon?
The men's CR has plumbing issues not to mention dirt and insects, the water isn't running and they provide huge buckets for the toilet and one on the sink, would love to go back in a week and report if it was fixed but I wont bother wasting my time eating there.
For 2500 pisos, I am writing that meal off to bad snacks being served while I enjoyed one of the best 10 minute firework displays I have seen in my life. - Was this review...? Useful | Useless | Bogus

Had lunch today at Thai at Silk, without question one of the best meals I have enjoyed in Manila. The staff were attentive, and the food reminded me of Thailand, the presentation was flawless.Rating

Ordered the Sampler starter 400P, glass noodle salad 310P, steamed sole 400P and Pad Thai 400P. The sampler was incredible, spring rolls, dumpling, pork in basil leaves and fish cakes, the dipping sauce was tangy and tastey.
We ordered the glass noddles non spicey and it was fantastic.
THe steamed fish was served in a wine brothe that was amazing, with a garlic topping, masarap.
The Pad Thai's presentation was incredible, it has an egg/flour basket, I can't explain it properly, you must see it to believe how they do it, packed with shrimp and the flavours were amazing.
There were so many top end families meeting there for a Sunday nibble, ordering lobster and such, will go back for dinner and indulge.
Total bill 1727, plus tip, but I have to say WOW. - Was this review...? Useful | Useless | Bogus

We have been 4 times only to the bar, and it is acceptable, but I find a couple of slurps of the self serve wine machine kewl but the price it too much, we manage to drop 2K in an hour, I think they should add some muchies and try to keep folks happy. 200 pesos for 1/8 a glass of wine? this isn't London or Tokyo.Rating

We sampled some starters and again for the price... hmmmm I am not really sure who they cater too, you can get something of equal quality 1/10 of the price up the street.

I've been in the Philippines for 3 months and I never knew a hamburger could taste this good. I have tried them all and this was the best. I am spoiled or silly but Canadian beef is still the best, US isn't as tastey but this was above and beyond for a burger.Rating

Placed order for Pepperoni Feast at 715pm, told delivery within 45-60 minutes, amazingly when THEY called at 830 to follow up they claimed they never got the order, well how did they know my number to call? Pizza finally arrived at 1010pm, nothing like Dominos in North America, pepperoni has sweet taste, crust was crispy and not as thin as I would have liked, and the dipping sauces were not up to par. No website and poor customer service, demanded free and got that, maybe they will improve if they have to keep giving pizzas away for free.Rating
