    ok spiral makes us fat. not as bad as it sounds since we eat because well...its a buffet...and we're paying quite a bit for it....not bad but doesnt have haagen daz like marriot jakarta or foie gras like sofitel metropole or lobster like novotel hk and yet still priced the same. but not having much options in terms of hotel buffets, this is where we almost always end up. several of the staff even recognize us already.     fake italian. service was ok except for the cashier who forgot to give us a number so we kept on just patiently waiting for our food not knowing that its been sitting on their counter for awhile already since they didnt know who to serve it to. eventually approached cashier who was just right in front of where we sat to ask about our food. she didnt even say sorry. to top it off, the food was terrible. might as well have bought those instant pasta packets from the states.     first time i ate here food was good. ate here again a few weeks ago and was sorely disappointed. had to make some lame excuse to my friend since she complained about the food. service has deteriorated tremendously. only nice thing is the ambience now. Uno, Quezon City

    terrible service. ordered a very large crab. was shown the very large crab we ordered then was astounded to see that they changed the crab on us when they served it. we complained but they kept denying the switch even though it was very obvious. never going to eat again at this cheating place The Red Crab Alimango House, Quezon City

    ok food. sometimes good, sometimes just ok. one thing though, too many smokers when i was last there. requested for a non-smoking area, was seated in a non-smoking area yet for some reason your staff seated a smoker and his family with us. he smoked without care and not one of your staff bothered saying anything. i didnt care for a confrontation so just left without ordering dessert. Will not bring my kids there next time Café Ysabel, San Juan

    terrible and overpriced food! not authentic thai. ordered appetizer with crab and your cook left a piece of crab shell on my food which i of course nibbled on. almost broke my tooth! informed waitress and nothing happened. terrible service! never coming back here again Thai at Silk, Serendra

    very good food. ate here after eating at podium. again, food was authentic. ive lived in malaysia and indonesia so im quite picky with my asian food and u did not disappoint. i was a bit surprised though when i received my order of pork chop noodles in laksa curry. IT WAS HUGE! i could barely finish it even though it reminded me of home. and only 100+ pesos? maybe a pricing mistake? Banana Leaf Asian Cafe, The Block

    authentic food. great service. good price. great value for money especially considering the economy nowadays. ive eaten at many other asian food places that have disappointed terribly like silk at serendra (terrible food and expensive, i guess u pay for the place only) so banana leaf was a welcome respite to all the fake "asian" cuisine in metro manila.
