    spiral offers a wide variety of international dishes, sadly, however, nothing much of the filipino cuisine is showcased except for the native halo-halo. the place has a nice ambiance, the food tastes good. the price , though, is quite prohibitive. other hotels offer cheaper buffets but are nonetheless comparable to spiral's. the hotel staff are not that helpful to customers. while we were taking pictures, no one even offered to serve as cameraman.     basix offers a wide variety of food choices. good food, nice ambiance, reasonable price... it is one of the best buffets in metro manila. Basix, Dusit Thani Manila

    I love Burgoo's food,but I keep on being disappoined by their staff. Once when we were in the MOA branch and the service was the slowest I have ever encountered! Took them soooo long to give us our drinks and everything had to be followed up even the rice! We have finished our food already and the cup of PLAIN RICE that we ordered has not arrived yet! It was just 1 cup! I checked and the place was not even filled with customers that time! The free salmon with spinach made our tongue itch,too.
    Not going back to this branch anymore. (Tried their Rockwell branch,though. Got bad service,too)     Burgoo, SM Mall of Asia

    Second time this Saturday in their Rockwell branch. I like their lemonade and I always order it but this time it was sooo overripe that we could not even drink it.Tasted like bad wine already!! I told our waitress about it and she came back minutes later with a glass of iced tea instead. It was alright with me that they replaced it with iced tea but that waitress JUST HAD TO SAY "ganun talaga ang lasa ng lemonade namin kasi concentrated." I was irritated because she was making it seem like I was the one in fault,like I do not know how lemonade tastes like. I insisted that NO,I always order that. I turned my back so she would not try to make up more lies and excuses. Minutes later,my husband,who went to the CR,told me that he overheard the manager tell the waiters NOT to serve the lemonade anymore because it's overripe. Bwisit na waitress yun,sinungaling!!! I let it go nalang because it was my sister's bday and I did not want to ruin the mood. But on any other day---!!!!     Burgoo, Power Plant Mall

    I've been eating here 2x a week for the last 3 weeks. My daughter takes classes in the same mall so she always wants to eat her fave Tonkatsu and Katsudon in Karate Kid. I love their Katsudon and their sizzling tofu steak! Their beef teriyaki and spicy yakisoba are so yummy too. Food here is very affordable. There are lots of choices and you'll definitely get your money's worth. Affordable, fast and yummy Japanese food! Yum! Karate Kid, Waltermart Makati

    Whenever I have this strong craving for Katsudon,I head over to this resto. Their Katsudon is big enough for 2 and they can serve it into 2 separate servings if requested. Their teriyaki pizza's also a winner as well as their chicken teriyaki rolls and california maki with the latter having generous toppings of kani. What displeased me a bit was the slow service of the waiters and the fishy smell of my clothes after the visit. John and Yoko, Greenbelt 5
