  Our single priority is customer satisfaction. Hence, we do our best to render prompt and quality service to the requirements of our valued guests. We are very concered with the inconvenience you have experienced when you dined at our establishment. While we take pride in our efficiency and reputation as a food service company, incidents like this make us more vigilant in improving our processes. Satisfying our customer's expectations is our ultimate objective. We assure you that this is not an acceptable exmaple of the standards we expect our employees to maintain, and the management has been informed of the incident for necessary corrective action.
