They have the best thin crust pizza in Boracay/Philippines. Their pizzas are baked in a traditional wooden oven. We tried their Quattro Formaggi (4cheese pizzza) and the Frutti di Mare(seafood pizza). They were both excellent. What made it more special was their special hot sauce. it's not like the ordinary red hot sauce that we see everywhere. Their hot sauce was translucent in color (like water). I even had an evil plan of taking home a bottle of their special hot sauce. it was that good. hahaha. Aside from their pizzas, they also serve excellent pasta. We tried their Aglio Olio e Peperoncino which was pasta cooked with garlic, olive and chili. It was simple yet so yummy. Another pasta that we ordered was the Al Fumé. It was pasta in a creamy tomato sauce and topped with generous amount of bacon and cheese. It was also good though i find the penne pasta a little bit under-cooked. For main course, you shouldn't miss their Involtini di Manzo. It was a thinly sliced beef rolled/stuffed with mozzarella cheese and farmers ham. it was basically a cordon blue made of beef instead of chicken.
Aria is definitely the best restaurant in Boracay. So if you're in Boracay, don't forget to drop by this restaurant which is located in the beach front of D'Mall. Excellent food, service and ambiance.
I hope they would open a branch here in Metro Manila. ^_^
