Brazil! Brazil!with baby cockroach, bad service

1

I really love Brazil! Brazil! especially the one in Rockwell. The manager there, Tony knows me personally. One time when I was in Serendra & craved to eat something heavy, I was delighted to see Brazil! Brazil!

I decided to went inside & of course chose buffet. The usual grilled food they serve is superb. However, when I was about the eat my pasta, (which is part of the food prepared in the buffet table) I noticed something that dark in the pasta & when I checked it, it was a baby roach. I decided to call the attention of one of the staff & discretely informed her about what I got. Then she talked to the "chef" (I just assumed he was a chef because of his uniform) & after that, nobody approached me anymore in my table. In my disgust, I decided to call again the staff and asked her what is happening? How come no one came to my table to apologize and at least do something. Instead, they took my plate with baby roach & brought it to the kitchen. It took them a couple of minutes before they apologized.

I told them that I lost my appetite with what happened & I asked for the bill. Even if I haven't fully eaten my food yet. These guys didn't even bother to refuse for my payment knowing that they found the baby roach in my food. It was so disgusting, esp. that I learned to love this restaurant. I asked them where I can complain and they gave me a card of Mr. De Jesus. I told the guy what happened but he said he will investigate and get back at me. Almost three years now, this guy hasn't called me as promised.

I still go to Brazil! Brazil! but only the one in Rockwell, & I feel they're more professional there than the one in Serendra.

For the Gourmand not the Gourmet!!!!!!!!

This place is a great place for carnivores. As long as you stick the barbecues, you are safe. Their salads and entrees leave much to be desired.

Meat all you can!

This place is a haven for all meat lovers out there (that includes me). Sumptuous grilled meats (tenderloin, chicken, pork, fruits) are served right at your table side non stop!
The yoyo gives customers a unique dining experience. the green side makes the meat keep on coming as the red signals stop. A great chance to experience Brazilian culture in dining in Manila.

First time

it was our first time to eat, our friend suggested.
In fairness the food was good but really I think it's not worth it P750 is too much for their menu...there a lots of restaurants offering eat all you can for less and offers more. Like in our case my kid really love to dine here but we can't afford to frequent the place.

Meat Galore!!

PhP700+/head is not cheap but it's worth it.

What I really loved, aside from the variety of meat offered is their service, the waiters were really attentive & quick, although it can be because they had few customers at that time, but I enjoyed eating there.

Once you turn the yoyo for a "GO" signal, you'll be overwhelmed with meat. If I had know I shouldn't have eaten the day before.

I'll be back!!

Only Brazil to try

Though the meat prices are multiple times higher than in Brazil, thats the only Brazilian place to try in Philippines :) And yes - thats for MEAT lovers! They have others choices of food, however, desserts, fruits... non-stop

if you're into meat... this is a place to eat

The price is way too reasonable for the food being served. So many delectable meat selections, waiters will be walking around holding skewed grilled meats with a slicer, may it be pork, beef, lamb... name it and you can ask for more slices if it is something you really like. love this place so much!!!!
