Nice place. Food and coffee can be better

The place is nice because if you want a quiet place to study or do some work, this is better than starbucks. Free wi-fi as well. However, their selection of bread is not that wide so you end up with the same breads everyday.

I like their kooshi cream and coffee bread though.

Their chai latte was good however, when I had their coffee with tea, it was not hot. Just lukewarm. Who serves coffee that way??

Food and Drinks are Awful

A few days ago, my friends and i decided to drop by Dezaato Pan to have some coffee and cake after dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Our experience was terrible. The cake taste bland. The coffee was almost undrinkable. To be honest, Nescafe's 3 in 1 coffee smells and taste better than their coffee! So do you get the idea how bad their coffee is? To make matters even worst, our coffee was only served after waiting for 20 to 25 minutes. And by the time it reached us, our supposedly hot latte and hot cafe americano was already cold! We had to send our coffee back to their barista and have it changed. And guess what, all they did was to heat our coffee drinks in the microwave! At least the server was honest enough to admit that they just heated our coffee in the microwave!

We also bought some of their bread products. Their bread taste yucky. Their version of the coffee bun was so bad i had to throw it away just after 2 bites.

We will never return to this cafe again. If you don't believe, go try it yourself and be the judge.

P.S. One of the staff told us that this cafe originated from japan. Don't let them fool you with that statement! Shame on them.
