What happened to your servings? Is this all what we get for our money? Everything in small servings...Pizza has got smaller, lasagna at tiny servings...even your drinks are not even full and has lots of ice...Another thing that pissed us off are your food crews...we are not even done yet with our food, they already want to clean up the table as if they were trying to say to us eat as fast as we can to finish our food so other customers can come in...bad service, unreasonable food price
The Jollibee, Makro Cainta branch has REALLY bad delivery service!! I ordered at 6:18pm and their delivery boy came at 7:50pm. I called 87000 hotline 3 times! They kept saying "delivery out na po ma'am" no update was given! I called their customer hotline service and they said they will just give me GC worth 200?!!? 200? in exchange for your TERRIBLE service? in the end, the delivery boy said "nasiraan po kasi ako" what a lousy excuse! he doesn't have a cellphone! PLEASE!!! to the owner of Jollbee Tony Tan Caktiong..bigyan niyo naman po ng cellphone mga delivery boys! para ma contact pag nasiraan!
