    Good food. Bad customer service.

    My friend and i drove all the way from PICC (Graduation) to Serendra just to try this Spanish restaurant. When we entered, the employees welcomed us appropriately. We ordered and chit chatted while eating (our late lunch). But when we were about to finish our meals, they began to make us feel that we have to hurry up and leave. While my friend and i were talking, two of them stood beside us and were STARING at us as if saying "Bilisan niyo nga."
    There were still food in the table but they took the plate of my friend and then not too long after, they took mine as well and said that "Ma'am, i-take out nalang natin ito (the leftover food)". There were no customers during that time except for our table (my friend and I) and another 2 people at the other table. Why rush??? We were just enjoying our dining experience since it was my friend's graduation day... but they won't let us!

    Not because we are young students, they can treat us just like that. We are PAYING CUSTOMERS and we DESERVE good treatment!

    More than just serving food, restaurants should give customers A PLEASANT DINING EXPERIENCE. Every restaurateur and employee SHOULD know that.     Gaudi, Serendra

    here's the deal: i'm not really a fan of paellas. i think paellas are over-rated rice. but, when i tried the paella negra at gaudi...oh my god! it was so good i was exclaiming 'this is so delicious' every time i took a forkful!

    their prawn salad was so scrumptious, the prawns were so plump and tasty!

    i love the vinaigrette and the olive oil. you can tell that the olive oil is pure because if its slight bitterness.

    the service is impeccable. they wait on you courteously, politely and always keep you posted about your orders.

    the place is very cozy and they never forget to ask where you prefer to be seated, unless the place is packed.

    i could pay Php800 to 1,200 for a meal, i wouldn't mind. the food is great, the service is top-notch and the ambiance is comfy. perfect, perfect place to bring the wife and the kids or just you and your special someone.

    i tasted their paella, now i'm a believer!     Gaudi, Serendra
