    My brother brought me and his wife there to eat before he went back to the states. The staff were friendly and were cheerful. We sat at the sushi bar so that it would not be too formal. (Try sitting there! it's great.) Some of the sushi chefs would make joke and even I would laugh. I ordered the Curry rice tonkatsu teishoku. A must try! It was fab! My brother's wife ordered a bento box ( i forgot the name) but it was the full course bento box. You won't miss it on the menu. My brother ordered some ribs, japanese style. While waiting for our meal, we asked for some tea and i must say, their tea was sooo good and it smelled really great too. Tea and tuna sashimi.. yumm. If you are a sushi fanatic, sit at the shushi bar and eat your heart out. lovely presentation and simply delicious. Would have wanted some of the new waiter/s to had been more knowledgeable--some of them didn't even understand that we were asking for hot tea not the one's you buy in a bottle, but on a personal note, their service and cheerfulness makes up for it. =) Sugi, Greenbelt 2

    On a recent quest for great sushi, we fortuned upon Sugi. The Japanese atmosphere is authentic and the sushi is some of the best I've had. We opted for several rolls, including Sugi's version of a dragon roll, which I have to say was one of the most original versions of this maki standard I've seen. Almost too cool looking to eat. The haikara roll, a monthly special, should be a regular addition to the menu it is so good. The maguro sashimi was a very nice starter.

    My only concern was the lack of product knowledge on the part of the otherwise efficient and friendly wait staff. Hopefully, Sugi's customers come knowing something about what they want to order or just sit at the sushi bar.

    Sugi is definitely a place we will return to.     Sugi, Greenbelt 2

    After more than five dining experiences at SUGI we are always satisfied. It is a simple ambiance ; the waiters are just nice and helpful. Fish, food are fresh. A good management. You can tell they respect their customers.
    Conclusion the best Quality/Value for money among Japanese restaurants (so far).     Sugi, Greenbelt 2
