  My officemate and I have long before scheduled to take our lunch at Heny Sison's Cafe S. Benedetto at Waltermart Makati. At last, we have made it there this afternoon but alas, the resto as well as the Heny Sison Culinary School there have closed their doors. Having grumbling stomachs, we decided to find any resto in the area except the usual fast food joints. We chanced upon Tsoko Nut de Batirol at the corner of the 2nd floor. The menu selection looks OK and considering the other patrons were eating the Chicken Roll with rice, we ordered it too together with the Houseblend Iced Tea. One serving has 2 pieces of three inches long chicken rolled in a crispy batter and deep fried. The inside of the roll contains ham and cheese. The dish comes with a container of gravy. Very delicious and very filling. Another good thing about the dish is that it is not oily. No oil in sight. My officemate and I were not disappointed that we have drifted to that resto. The iced tea also tastes refreshingly different from the usual iced tea served in other restos. The resto is Pay-as-you-Order. There were only 2 personnel there; the cashier who also acts as the waitress and the cook who also prepares the drinks. Despite the fact that the place is undermanned, the serving time was quite reasonable.
