    My wife first brought me here and I enjoyed the food and the ambiance. We decided to try it again for coffee and noticed that the waitress was holding both our drinks too close to her that the cream on the drinks that we ordered had already spread all over shirt. Both waitresses noticed this but didnt bother to replace them. I paid for the drinks and we immediately left and we were very dissappointed. We still love your food but this resto needs to improve their service. Im hoping that someone from Malcolms gets to read this.

    i have been to malcolm's about four times already. and i would have to agree that each visit would be a bit reprehensible than the last. first time we went, my friends and i were wow-ed by the food, so i kept coming back to try the other dishes. i love the apple and bacon salad, and the cheese steak sandwich. its sad because the last time i ordered the salad, the greens were not fresh and rusty i couldn't eat it. i was surprised that they served it anyway. oh, and the pasta is always over cooked!! now who can stand that? the only thing that stayed okay was the wagyu cheesesteak. i don't know if i want to go back to malcolms again because they have some serious quality issues right now. i hope they fix this.

    il tell to my frends n wag ng pumunta s store nyo dahil wala n yung server nmen before.. She once told us a story that malcolms is a chef genie (dati oo pero ngayon but now hindi na!). hay naku po mga malcolm's people y do u have to hire such a looser tpos pnpkawalan nyo yung mga mgagaling.. sana makarating to s management.

    Dear Mr. MALCOLMS,
    I really appreciate d food and the ambiance of your place but definitely I HATE THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE WHEN I WAS THERE. My friend refer your store to me because he is your valued customer there. His condo is near your place so that's why.. How lucky is he last year for his server carla and michael is great and very polite but now unfortunately we visit your place last last week and we didn't find his previous server and it's catherine and joan who serves us. It was very disappointing!
    I' am still willing to come back and take my friends there as long as we have our old server.

    try to visit this place and it will surely make your day great with their foods lyk steaks, veggin sandwich, salmon pasta, grape smoothies; place was very cool, good ambiance; service was very very good, our server carls is very polite, always smiling, very accomodating. superior pam is beautiful and cool, she is kind also. all staffs are very friendly.

    Finally got a chance to visit his Place again last Sunday.. This time I was with my sister. We ordered the Wagyu Tapa with green scrambled eggs. Really good - we loved it! We requested for vinegar dip but there was no need. Tastefully done on its own. Now my new favorite for beef tapa!

    I would say it's perfect to be here on a Sunday...especially if you don't like crowded places. There wasn't a lot of people and parking is free!

    The 10% discount was neat! Thanks, guys! Be logging in more often for perks like this.

    A friend and I had dinner here a week ago. We split everything to two - from soup (Hello, Pumpkin!-which for me, it’s good but a bit salty for my friend), the salad (Great "ABS"), and down to the rib eye wagyu steak. We're very satisfied with the service - it's above average for a reasonably priced restaurant. Our server, Mike (or is it Michael?), is very accommodating. Thank you for granting all our capriccios. You made our dining experience well worth the drive from QC.

    My only disappointment is, for a steak place, they have limited wine selection. Actually, none at all except you can either order red or white wine. They only offer one brand for each. Oh, and we love how the place is designed. Will definitely come back and try the above suggestions.
