  We discovered that A Veneto already had a branch at the SM Mall of Asia. After a long day of strolling in the mall, we had to sample our good ol' comfort food, pizza and pasta. We tried their Oil and Garlic spaghetti with Hungarian sausage, pine nut pesto with grilled chicken and the New England Pizza. The oil and garlic pasta was so good. Lots of Hungarian sausage and very tasty. The pine nut pesto was also thumbs up although the grilled chicken had a little after-taste after munching into it (too dry, i think). The New England pizza was OK. I just noticed that it had lots of mushroom and green bell peppers and the pepperoni slices were just few. A bit soggy too. Not that crunchy slice I always crave for. I have to commend the service though. Our orders came after 10 to 15 minutes considering it was a weekend and at dinnertime. Every whim has been attended to with dispatch. Ambiance is a bit so-so and the place is cramped. Perfect for families and big groups.
