  Se régaler (régalade) in French means to have pleasure eating delicious food. This is not what you'll get at this restaurant. The waiters didn't know anything about the dishes and the chef was rude and impatient with them, not a very friendly atmosphere among staff. OK it's a new place but should they all train at the expense of customers ?

  The place has a lot of potential, and I will probably give it another chance in future; but I will not be ordering the eggplant caviar and the tilapia fillet wrapped in banana leaves--for opposite reasons. The caviar was too strange; while the fish was boring.
