I used to drive all the way to Katipunan just to get their banoffee cake. Even if I'm alone, I'd sit and order a slice of it and enjoy every bite with a cup of brewed coffee. Never mind that the place is packed and you could hear what people are talking about 3-4 tables from where you're seated (since the place is small yet cozy).

Regardless of how jampacked the place already is and parking insufficient, it's amazing how many people come and leave with a bag of goodies and a box of cake.

This new branch is an improved version of the original branch and I finally got a good seat and a company to enjoy tasting their food with. The last time I went to this branch, I ordered the Chicken Breast Parmigiano that's good for sharing (3 piece fillet of chicken breast topped with stewed tomatoes and with rice and vegetable sidings- for P160, they're generous) and the Salpicao Rafael (delicious beef cubes for P160). 2 of us with 2 dishes to share for P160 per dish is not bad at all considering we have to take-out a portion we didn't get to finish.
    Was this review...?
