    it was march 07,2010 when i celebrated my child's first bday party at don henrico's west avenue march..im so lucky to find this site to really express how grateful i am with this restaurant.:
    the FOOD? WOW!!! its big servings and wonderful taste...actually i reserved good for 50 pax only but i was surprised to know that it had accomodated more than 60 guests of mine coz the staff really assisted to give our guest on their plate all through the party.and its because of the serving size that is why its worth the price....the service i see how the staff really extends extra mile to serve us better and they even cut my "lechon" .hehehe...i love the ambiance us well,our guests commended that kakaiba talaga ang party ko kasi the venue pa lang it will surely speaks how i treated my guest very special...if u have time to visit this branch try sometime and you'll see how happy you will be...thank you so much don henricos!!!     My family and I have had this place for quite several times. Dining has never this cOOL and satisfying. At first I used to get love fries and burgers,but when my mom brought me to this place once, family hangouts then never missed dining at Don Henrico's West. My two nephews had their bday parties celebrated as well just recently. You'll gonna miss half of your life.. not trying their Italian dishes...the PASTAS are TERRIFIC! The staffs are quite friendly tOO...The place is coZy and cOmfy... GOOD job guyS... I really love this place. Don Henrico's, West Ave.

    This is to report about the incident we had last Wednesday (April 28)! Darn! My impression was like, why don't they just close this branch?

    1. they let us wait for 25 minutes and served us with cold Buffalo wings! What an insult to us,as if we are begging to be served for left over food? They are so mean!
    2. All their staffs were slow moving,friendly but pa-cute,they don't even mind what we still need! and the woman before me was right,they are missing! always!
    3. Manager is just on the phone,doing chit chats!Didn't mind until my mom complained..
    4. Mind you, we were the only customers and they didn't even please us! wattashame!
    5. Overall----> this branch have lazy cooks and staffs..or i guess lazy owner,who never checks on her business venture!

    I am so upset. I will never eat in this branch,ever and will complain every single day of my life about it to my friends and family...

    If you wanna try and be upset..visit this branch..very convenient way to lose appetite!     Don Henrico's, West Ave.

    This is to express my disappointed with Don HEnrico's West Avenue Branch.

    I held my baptismal party for my son at that branch last Sunday, June 28. I availed of the Fiesta Buffet for 50 people.
    Here are my complaints:

    1. When I signed the contract, the manager promised me to give large servings. So I expected a lot. On the day of the party, the appetizers, namely, nachos, mozzarella balls and onion rings were not even enough for 30 people! The same thing goes for salad, the two pasta, and the pizza that were part of the menu. Around half of my guests did not even get to eat pizza. Fine. If that was already "large" a serving for the manager and his crew, then they should have put a buffet man to serve my guests, just AS THEY PROMISED. Since I asked where's the buffetman, the pasty host stood as the buffetman.

    2. On the contract, the beverage would be REFILLABLE iced tea. When I asked for an iced tea, the party host said it would be an additional glass to be billed against me. The problem is I didnt remember my glass being refilled! I was just plainly asking for my second round of iced tea! I paid for additional 8 glasses of iced tea for my guests that just came and I dont remember the crew refilling those glasses. If the branch has this "control" for drink, then NEVER CALL IT REFILLABLE. ALSO, they should have expected that my guests would drink a lot because the ventilation upstairs was really pathetic. It was so hot inside!.

    3. The sound system really sucked. Don't boast of your offer to a free use of your sound systemduring the party. We started 30 minutes late and the crew dit not even checked the sound system. The mic was awful, I dont think I was even heard clearly when I talked. When my two guests were about to perform, that was the only time they realized the sound system would not work.

    4. The staff were not accommodating. Most of the time, they're out of sight!

    Lessons learned:
    If you plan to have your party at Don Henricos, think twice.
    Never pay around P25,000 for a buffet for 50 people if the food and drinks they gonna serve would not even be enough for 30 people. Bring your 25K to Jollibee and everyone will be happy and full.
    Bring your own electric fan. If you feel thirsty because it's really hot upstairs, deal with it. They're not gonna refilled their so-called "refillable iced tea". It's just a plain misnomer.     Don Henrico's, West Ave.

    FOOD: I celebrated my birthday at Don Henrico's with my family. I ate their best seller pizza, pasta and their superb buffalo chicken.
    Their food serving is very much okay for 8 to 10 peaople, a barkada, or a family with big appetite because they offer large servings for just 600.00.
    Solve solve ka na sa isang 18 inches pizza and large pasta which all cost you 1000.00 only. If you want buffalo wings pa, it would only cost at around 500.00. and their wings dont look like tiny wings! As in big pieces talaga. So as in busog ka na, pasok pa sa budget mo if you only plan to spend 1000 bucks or 2 Thousand.
    SERVICE: The staff are accomodating but they are just like staff in other fast food restaurants. Moderately attentive lang. I was expecting that they would be walking around asking the customers if the customers still need anything. They were nowhere in sight...had to wait for them to reappear before I could ask for my next batch of buffalo wings (i think i mentioned we have big appetite).Lol!
    Ambiance: it's cozy but i think they need to decorate the place more. im planning to hold my brother's birthday tonight. Hopefully, the place is cozier because there will be christmas decorations and lights.
    Value: The food is worth the price.     Don Henrico's, West Ave.
