Great for its Price!

Tramway is great for its price!

For less than two hundred peso, you get to eat all you want of 6 - 7 viands, soup, salad, dumplings and dessert. Cheaper than most executive meals, better than most fast food value meals, and cheaper than most ala cart Chinese restaurant meals!

Yes, there are a lot of great buffets. There are a lot of better buffets but Tramway must be one of the BEST when it comes to the "cheaper" buffet restos out there or restos 200 or cheaper category.

Disappointed customer

I would like to take this opportunity to express myself with my unforgettable experience with this food chain TRAM WAY BUFFET RESTAURANT. it was my birthday just got in Manila from the States to celebrate my birthday. My experience was bad, the ambiance was extremely poor, sanitation was not up to the high quality management, the staff was unbelievable to force the client to clean up the plate dispite of the facts that good taste were VERY POOR. there were no variety of good choices. I explained to the waiter that we can not finish up the food from the plate due to it's poor unedible quality. Nevertheless, my visitors and family ended up getting sick and some were treated in the ER from FOOD POISONING. Overall ratings are poor in all aspects I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT at all .

Eat more pay less! But don’t expect too much on the variety of food that they’ll serve. They serve common Chinese food like sweet and sour pork and pancit bihon/ canton.

Everyday Lunch and Dinner Buffet

Best value for money...The buffet offers around 20 dishes which are well picked for customer's delight. Though they specialize in Chines cuisine, they add a little twist by including some tropical or seasonal fruits and some pinoy desserts (ginataang halo-halo). I know many would agree that you won't easily get fed up eating here cause their serve not fatty or oily food. I always look forward dining here, they also alter their dishes sometimes for frequent diners. And i must say...love the BUCHI!

if u have roughly 200 bucks and around an hour/hour and a half to spare then perhaps you'd like to try this buffet. and believe me, its worth it.
lets see, theres 2 kinds of soup, rice, noodles, 2 kinds of veggies, fried chicken, whole fish(2 ft long), fried dumpings, sometimes ham/salad roll/ or some other dish, theres siomai, fruits, ginatan, congee n toppings, century egg, butchi, california maki hmmmm did i miss anything. let's just say value for money, this is it!!!
the food tastes great, its cheap n its eat all u can. what more do u want???? ive tried this branch n timog branch n both are very consistent with taste n service.

it is unimaginable how they keep their price so low... P188 for buffet (except sunday lunch, i think, coz they charge more expensive coz they serve crabs etc)

they have salad, soups, dimsum (siomai, siopao, dumplings), congee, fried rice, entrees like sweet and sour pork, veggies, meat dishes, fried chicken, steamed fish, ginataang halo halo, fruits, buchi for dessert... there's also self-service distilled water... all for an unbelievable price of P188...

this resto is often fully-packed, but one thing noticeable they're not stingy in refilling the food... unlike other buffets where waiters take a long time to refill the food...

ambiance is not that good, but with the value for money, you can't complain...

definitely better value for money than eating in fastfood chains...
